The 17th biennial meeting for the Association of Researchers in Physical Activities and Sports (ACAPS) was held on October 29 to 31, 2017; it was organized by the Faculty of sports Science in Dijon – Le Creusot de l’Université de Bourgogne. The following Euromov doctorate students and teachers/researchers (*) participated: Pierre Besson, Vincent Cabibel, Alexandre Coste, Zainy Hajy-Al-Mourad, Clément Roume, Grégoire Vergotte, Didier Delignières*, Ludovic Marin*, Stéphane Perrey*, Alain Varray*. ACAPS is held every 2 years and typically gathers 400 participants (researchers, teachers, practitioners, students, entertainers, engineers, industrial contacts) from the domains of sports science, physical activity and human movement. In particular, this conference gives young researchers the opportunity to present their work via a thematic symposium, where authors can visually and orally present their work. The conference is also a privileged moment for industrial partners.
At this year’s conference, Euromov had the opportunity to present their activities. Finally after many wonderful moments and lively discussions, it was announced that future ACAPS events will be held in Paris (2019) and Montpellier (2021).
