The BeatPark mobile application developed at EuroMov, with the contribution of 4 European partners (BeatHealth European project* coordinator B. Bardy) is designed to reeducate walking ability of Parkinson disease patients by delivering individualized rhythmic auditory stimuli with real-time adaptation. The current step consists of testing our application with patients in ecological conditions during a multi-centric clinical trial. Our efforts to bring this science-based innovative architecture to market have been acknowledged by a prize at the innovation contest of the upcoming ISPRM 2018 congress (12th International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine World Congress, Paris, July 8-12 2018). Congratulations to EuroMovers Loïc Damm, Valérie Cochen de Cock, Simone Dalla-Bella and Benoît Bardy !
