This 11th of May held the kick off meeting of the project SEFA IKKY. This meeting was organized by Airbus (chief project manager) in Toulouse. It gathered all of the 50 partners (among which Thales Avionics, Dassault Aviation, Airbus, Airbus Helicopters) as well as representatives from the financing agency (DGAC). This program is financed by French “Programme d’Investissement d’Avenir” (PIA2)
Euromov is involved on the spatial disorientation analysis. Upon certain circumstances pilots feel disoriented when maneuvering . They need to be assisted. Our direct partners in the project are Airbus operations (located in Toulouse), Airbus Helicopters (in Marignane) and Onera (French Aerospace Lab in Salon de Provence). Experiment are planned on our Interactive Motion Simulator (Imose)
